Learn techniques to help keep your aura and spiritual energy strong and clear. This is a class for those who are sensitive to and easily absorb the energies and emotions of others. Being attuned to others’ energies can leave you feeling emotional and depleted. By protecting yourself spiritually and clearing and cleansing your aura you care for yourself, allowing you to care for others.

In four sessions you will be guided to deepen your understanding of what it means to be empathic. Topics will include exploring empathic experiences, healthy spiritual boundaries, cutting cords, and advanced techniques to ground and clear your energy field.  The aura will also be strengthened to enhance its capacity to offer protection through a series of healing meditations and exercises. 

This course is offered in a hybrid environment where you can choose to attend in-person at 22 Wellness or on zoom.
